Ultimate Notion Goal, Habit & Reading Dashboard (with Actions, Achievements and Task Manager)

Habit tracker integrated into goal planning.

Includes the following:

• Habit tracker: Repeating daily with 10 inbuilt habits, and properties to collect protein intake, calories, weight and steps
• Analytics dashboard: Preset to collect habit and nutrition analytics for 2024, but any date can be input.
• Goals dashboard to outline your overall goals. These are measured by:
  • Actions dashboard: These are like challenges. Habits that help that goal. (eg. Workout 3x a week to lose weight OR practice French speaking daily for 3 weeks and writing 3x per week). There's a daily habit tracker that has a checklist for every habit and connects to the actions database and gives me a % rating of how much effort has gone into completing that challenge. This can be above or below your target for a period of time. This is useful when you want habits to be tracked x times in a period of time.
  • Achievements dashboard: These are milestones in achieving a goal. The database is a checklist (with each milestone having different value). Eg. Lost 1kg/7kg, Lost 5kg/7kg OR Pass DELF level 1 or level 2 for learning french.
  • Tasks dashboard: Suited to business and study goals. Eg: Sign up for French class/Research best nutritional supplements/Go to x number of seminars.
• Personal library page:
  • Books database: Collect books you want to read, have read or are currently reading. Just input start and finish dates to get automatic statuses.
  • Media database: a place to collect articles, podcasts and videos.
  • Reading log: A database to track reading or listening sessions, with metrics on reading speed.
  • Reading goals: Make yearly, quarterly, monthly and any time period goals. Only the books you read within that period of time will count toward your goal.
  • Analytics show no. of books collected, reading speed, last reading session
